I use lavender essential oil in many of my products, because it is a lovely blend enhancer. It talks to the other oils and gets them to work together, creating synergy, where it all ends up better than the individual ingredients.

Being a middle note, it is balancing. On its own it is a wonderful painkiller and is an essential in your first-aid kit, especially for burns, bites and stings and headaches
